We feel that these car parks for 585 cars will destroy two local villages. Capenhurst and Ledsham.  Rectory Lane and Ledsham Lane cannot take this amount of traffic.  It is enjoyed by cylists, horse riders & pedestrians.  It is a narrow country lane where is is single track in areas, the visibilty is poor, the lighting is inadequate, there are no footpaths and accidents regulary occur.  The traffic using these lanes will affect two villages and the impact on the local rural areas will be immense.  Not enough time has been given by Cheshire west and Chester council to make our views clear, and without being able to object via mail or see any plans online, we feel that we are being treated unfairly.  We need these applications to be refused under safety grounds, residential amenity, greenbelt and agricutual land usage, conservation grounds and time for a fair public response.
