Hi Everyone, It's with great pleasure that I can say, following a meeting with the Agricultural, Fisheries, and Conservation Department yesterday, the AFCD has now agreed to a PERMANENT exhibit on Marine Waste Education at their newly planned visitor centre in Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park. Planning is still underway and so therefore the content is still yet to be determined. As a result, I cannot claim success until I am satisfied on the content and design. However I do greatly appreciate the AFCD listening to our voices in this tiny step to educate the public to conserve our natural environment and safeguard the ecological integrity of it. I also appreciate everyone's support in this small campaign. I am finding out how difficult it is to do everything that I want to do being just a "one man band". After all, one still must pay the bills. So things are not happening as fast as I dreamt them to, but there's progress :-) Sorry for that! Please keep up your support and doing everything you possibly can to ensure we still have a future because that saying of "not in my lifetime", has no relevance anymore. It is in our lifetime that we are going to face tragedies caused by our wasteful ways if we don't change now. Keep fighting! Thanks, Chris
