Yesterday I had to get home in the afternoon because the telephone company was coming over to fix my line. After they finished, I had about 90 minutes before sunset and so I decided to go out for another paddle to survey more trash in Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park. I found the treasure alright. Mangroves all over "beautifully" decorated with plastic bags and other waste. Yes this is in Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park.
