PETITION TO CHANGE TROUP COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETINGS TO A TIME WHEN ALL RESIDENTS ARE ABLE TO ATTEND, INSTEAD OF A SELECT FEW:

Currently, Troup County residents who work during the day, are excluded from attending Troup County BOC meetings and voicing their opinions about issues they care about, due to the fact that the BOC meetings are held at 9:00 am on weekdays. Therefore, the meetings should be changed to 5:00 pm.

If you are a Troup County resident, and believe that the BOC should hold meetings at a time when ALL residents can attend, please sign this petition. Please also comment that you are a Troup County resident in the comment field, and be sure to fill in your city, state and zip code.
