A lot of patient’s are being put on statin's and not informed of their side effects or even had their past checked to see if there suitable for them. All over Britain patients are suffering please help change this, a good example of suffering was my own mother. She was put on statin's for her heart but ended up extremely ill and in bed for three weeks, she was unable to stand and in excruciating pain. The reason for her pain was because she has osteoarthritis and the statin's were progressing her illness, luckily she noticed this and stopped taking the pill. After returning to the doctors she found out that she never should of been put on the satin's and if she had carried on taking the statin's she would of ended up hospitalised. I'm one of the luckily ones because i still got to keep my mum but there are others who are being given this drug without knowing there side effects. This is just the first of many petitions because there are more drugs out there being given without pre warning and not just that but there are millions of people being misdiagnosed. Please help by signing this petition.
