I’ve seen countless examples in my personal and online life of women taking advantage of how America’s family court system is set up, and every time it has left the man involved in ruins. This petition, and movement, led by me and many others needs supporters. The laws in family court need to be changed to the degree that the father has equal rights to his children, and if it’s proven that they aren’t his, he should be free of all obligations to the mother and children unless he personally chooses to go in any other direction. Our country has decided that its “fair” that I’d a man signs a birth certificate, no matter what happens down the line he is forced to continue support. That as well as the courts favoring the mother has led me and many others to the logical conclusion that this whole system, needs a reform. And I do not plan to stop just there. If given the support I need to continue this, many other men’s issues will be brought to light. I’m hoping this will bring the change we so desperately need. Thank you!
