Remove Judge Tom King From the bench in the City of Gadsden, AL
The Issue
Be Part of helping better the City of Gadsden and Us that reside here and pay our taxes and do our duties as a community, let us join together not just as a city , but a family as well first by helping get rid of the problems we are having by removing the corrupt Judge "Tom King", each year Thousands of victim's go thru his Court and are found Guilty regardless of their innocence and are unfairly punished and fined, or thrown in jail if you do not pay the day you are seen in court, his Motto is "Pay or Stay" , many of us have been victim's of his court and we are tired of the way we are being treated by this man, it is time we come together and Sign this Petition and get this man removed from our court system as a Judge, People are tired of being put on Color Code , and Monitoring and being victims of paying rediculous amounts of money each month for a system that is designed to keep robbing us and our familes of our hard earned money!
We are Sick of the mistreatment we recieve and being treated unfairly by being placed in our Society's Debtor's Prison, we as a Community and a family will no longer tolerate being robbed of our money again and ägain and raped by this city , we all feel as if we are being taken advantage of from a man we have been violated from, some of us once but others of us many more times than others, over and over again! Its time we stand up and fight for whats not only right but what is important to us as citizens of this community, if we don't stand up and fight for what is right and what needs to be done, Then Who will?
It's up to us to come together and the time is now if you have been a victim in the past or are a victim now, you may not even be a victim at all of any of this but i Guarantee you know someone that is or has been, Maybe not even the issues of color code, but there are others that have been unfairly treated and found guilty thru this Court by this man who Calls himself a Judge, A man who was also found guilty of a crime and put on an Ankle Monitor and had to wear it in his own Courtroom , what kind of judge is that ?
We are expected to fork up money we have and give it up regardless whether we are right or wrong and the ones of us that don't have the money are charged and convicted and forced to sit in jail until Judge King Say's were free to go, What about us that have lost our jobs and us who Cannot Afford to Pay? What about us who lost our jobs because we were forced to sit it out and did not have time to come up with the money?
What about Us that do try and own u to our mistakes but are still treated like we are "No One" to this man, and unfairly treated, either way it goes, in whichever way you have been affectected it is time to stand up and get this man out of our city! If the City Council does not want to get rid of this man then we will have the city council removed! its time we stop being violated and our voices are the only ones that can do anything about this please Stand with Us and fight to get this man out of our Court and out of this City!
Lets make way for Change and start fresh and new with someone who cares about us, someone that will work with us and treat us fairly instead of trying to get rich off of everyone that walks thru those doors, or just lock us up and throw away the key because we dont have the money to pay!
