We are seniors in high school who are interested in making a change towards ending the unjust pricing of products marketed as “feminine”, also known as The Pink Tax. As women ourselves, we face this problem everyday. 

The average women spends $1,300 a year more than men do on personal products and services. Many women around the world, struggle to afford feminine hygiene products due to their low-income and the high prices of tampons, pads, etc. 

We are completing a Civic Action Project, CAP, in order to bring about awareness to this issue, and work to pass the Pink Tax Repeal Act nationally. This bill would end gender based discrimination in the pricing of goods and services. Please sign this petition to help us start to put and end to this issue. Thank you for your support!
