This bill is not about cruelty—it’s about protecting the defenseless, honoring the ruined lives of victims, and sending a message: if you hurt the innocent, this nation will no longer protect you.

We, the undersigned, demand that Congress immediately introduce and pass the Justice for the Innocent Act of 2025—a bill that imposes physical and capital punishment on violent sexual predators, ensures accountability for prosecutors who obstruct justice, and offers true protection to victims of all ages and genders.

This bill includes:
*Mandatory castration for first-time offenders

*Amputation or permanent disability of body parts used to harm a second victim

*Capital punishment for third convictions

*Accountability for judges and prosecutors who interfere with justice

*Full protection for men, women, children, elderly, and the disabled

*Retroactive strike counting and multiple victim recognition
