Petition: Pass the American Cannabis Freedom Act – Legalize, Regulate, and Protect Our Rights!

✅ Expunge federal nonviolent cannabis convictions and release nonviolent cannabis prisoners.

✅ Allow businesses to access banking and financial services, creating jobs and economic growth.

✅ Protect veterans and medical patients, expanding access to cannabis treatment.

✅ Ensure workplace and DUI fairness, implementing real impairment testing rather than outdated THC metabolite tests.

✅ Generate billions in tax revenue, supporting infrastructure, law enforcement, and veterans’ healthcare.

 

Cannabis prohibition is outdated, unjust, and economically harmful. The majority of Americans support legalization—it’s time for Congress to act!
