Petition updatePass Rules to Protect Louisvillians from Hyper-Scale Data Centers

We're about to cross the 1,000 signature mark on our Data Center Regulations petition

Within hours it looks like we'll pass the 1,000-signature mark on our petition to the Louisville Metro Council and Mayor Craig Greenberg, urging them to enact and enforce meaningful regulations to protect citizens of Louisville from potential harms from hyperscale data centers.   If you haven't sent the petition link to your friends and family members, or encouraged others to sign, now's the time to do it.

Your petition is starting to get attention from decision makers because of what you've done already.   But we're not finished yet!   Once we pass the one-thousand signature mark, our next goal is to reach ten thousand signatures.   A tidal wave is what we're building here.   And there'll be no ignoring us as the momentum continues.   It's only taken a week to come this far.    If we all double down now, there's no telling what we can achieve.

Thanks for your efforts to keep Louisvillians protected.

Sincerely,

Ken Shapero and the Louisville Climate Action Network team.
