The continuous bad press shown towards certain breeds of dogs cannot be allowed to carry on. I petition that a law should be passed where people must acquire a license to own a dog, have assessment on their character, and home environment to see if they are responsible enough to have one at all. Many people agree that it is not the dogs fault but the owner, I think it is about time we stop attacking the animal and be more responsible.
