I am a doctor in Cardiff. I have a parking permit.

I had to drop my five year old daughter at fracture clinic (she has a broken leg). There's no place to drop her off so I left the car in a "non designated space" for 5 minutes while I helped her into the clinic. 

I returned to meet the man who had just fined me. I told him the above info, he said I could appeal. My appeal was denied due to "insufficient evidence" uploaded. 

As there was no space, I waited in the car in the middle of a road, not in a space, occasionally driving around, while my daughter was in the fracture clinic. 

I watched the parkingeye attendants hurrying about fining as many people as they could. These people had no choice but to get fines because there was no parking available. 

Then I got fined again on a separate occasion for parking for work according to my permit which should allow me to do so. This is currently being appealed as well.

Please sign this petition to change parking to a different company. Parkingeye is using UHW as a cash cow. They're fining people who have no choice but to get fined.
