PARDON THE REMAINING 14 J6ERS

The Issue

I am reaching out because of a deeply personal concern that affects not only me but numerous families across our nation. My name is Karen D. Saffron, and I have been closely following the events and aftermath of the January 6th incidents. While we all have varying opinions on these events, there is one aspect that stands out as particularly unjust: the unfair treatment of 14 individuals, "the remaining J6ers," who have been left without a presidential pardon while others in similar situations have been pardoned.

These 14 individuals remain commuted ONLY and their families and communities suffer, enduring the consequences of the very same actions for which others received a full pardon. This selective justice is not only heartbreaking for the families directly affected, but it also sends a disturbing message about fairness and equality before the law in our society and within groups of like people.

According to the latest information, as of January 21, 2026, only these 14 individuals remain commuted. Each day they spend commuted only while others walk free with a Presidential Pardon is a day that families remain broken, children miss VA medical treatment, veterans lose access to their combat earned benefits, parents are rejected from their children's schools, job possibilities are eliminated, US Constitutional RIGHTS are denied, such as gun rights and voting rights and communities fracture under the weight of what seems like arbitrary presidential mercy.

The time is ripe for us to advocate for equality in justice. These individuals deserve the same opportunity for rehabilitation and reintegration into society that has been granted to others. A blanket pardon for all involved would reinforce the principle that justice is uniform and equally distributed among all citizens.

Let's come together and urge the authorities to extend a presidential pardon to these remaining 14 individuals. By doing so, we can begin to heal the divisions caused by this disparity, and restore faith in our justice system as fair and impartial. Your voice can make a difference.

Please join me in signing this petition to request the immediate pardon of the 14 remaining J6ers. Let's ensure justice is served equally for all.
