Howard DeVille is a fan favorite of the Rugrats television series and he should be brought back in the reboot. His characters' appeal is not lost on thr younger "Gen Z" generation even if the suits feel he is. Likewise Betty DeVille should be made Howard's heterosexual love interest as the two of them are both straight and not gay as this reboot misinterprets it.
