After a brief but valuable investigation during my journey west, I have come to the conclusion that the is a fast food chain that Buffalo needs. Panda express, for those who do not know is a Chinese fast food restaurant. Panda Express is delicious and will open up the opportunity for the people of Western New York to access quality Chinese food in a drive-through fashion. Buffalo, New York is an area with many local businesses and chain restaurants, however, the one kinds of fast food we lack in our area is Chinese. Many people would benefit from this addition to our fast food arsenal, as Buffalo and the surrounding areas are highly populated. I predict that Panda Express would have a lot of success and will also benefit substantially from expanding to Buffalo. With various colleges close by, Panda express will experience the attention from the University at Buffalo's student population of 21,000 students as well as that of Daemen College and Buffalo State. Additionally, if it is located central to the colleges it will also then be easily accessible to those who live in the Sweet Home, Tonawanda, Williamsville, Kenmore and Amherst school districts.
