There are so many games that have been excluded from people that want to play them. Alot of 18+ games rated by PEGI has been way to strict and should not be 18+. A 18+ game is like a 16+ Movie. Games that have been given the 18+ age restriction have been bombarded by both parents and media for corrupting our youth. There are so many studies that shows that video games do not cause violence. The age reccomendation are there for the more violent games, implying that younger people dont have the skills necessary to distinguish real world violence from fake violence. We live in a society where they show shootings and violence all over television that is real footage from the horrifying events. Instead of a 18+ rating, games should have at highest a 16+ rating or that only the extremly graphics games should get a 18+ rating. Some games like GTA V have been banned from my parents only becuase it got a 18+ rating. I downloaded it anyways and played it for around 23 hours before they caught me. The game wasnt graphic at all in a way that would affect me. I had the time of my life playing it with my friends. But sadly i cant do that anymore becuase of a simple little 18+ rating. As i stated, 18+ games have gotten a bad rep over the years, and it should not be this way!
