More pressure is building on Palma’s horse-drawn carriage industry

Animal-rights campaigners have filed a complaint with prosecutors following a series of alleged confrontations involving carriage drivers. Palma City Council is also being urged to consider whether the alleged conduct should affect drivers’ licences or authorisations.

Meanwhile, 1,777 people have signed our petition demanding Palma finally keeps its promise and ends horse-drawn carriages.
