We who have signed this petition call on the Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce to publicly acknowledge its conflict of interest when engaging with the governance and operation of the Flagler County Public Schools.  The Chamber represents many developers, builders and construction  businesses that benefit greatly from the reduction of school impact fees. Those impact fees help pay for the building of new schools, costs that would otherwise be borne by current citizens of our community. The collection of those impact fees diminishes a great burden that would fall to our Flagler County Public Schools. 

Please,  Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, be for all of us a beacon of openess,  honesty and transparency!
