We the Parents, Citizens, and Taxpayers of Palm Beach County have created this petition to express our “Vote of No Confidence” in Superintendent, Dr. Donald Fennoy. The failures of Dr. Fennoy are obvious and this petition is part of a concentrated effort to build a grassroots organization, focused on parent involvement, parent discussion, and parent choice.

Dr. Fennoy’s failure to perform and the habitual neglect of his duties has resulted in reckless endangerment of our children and we request he be removed from his position immediately.

To summarize: he failed to plan for school opening, failed to respond to the community, promotes racism, discrimination, and segregation, neglected children’s physical and mental health and overall well-being, impeded academic achievement, his decision making results in reckless endangerment of children, he has biased influence, he lacks leadership and abuses decision making powers, and he is in violation of his own contract.

He has failed at his job and it is time to hold him accountable. We have lost all trust in his ability to lead and we are voting “No Confidence” in Dr. Donald Fennoy.
