The Covid-19 decline in positivity is now well below 10%.  There is so much damage and unfairness to businesses who have done all safety and sanitation protocols.  Masking being mandated in the County as well. Now there are employees without a paycheck to support themselves and/or families, having to now rely on Florida's troubled Department of Re-Employment Assistance faulty system.  The Slow-the-Spread has now been achieved.  Now Palm Beach County is changing the narrative of below 10% in covid cases to below 5%?
