Since the news of a kitten is roaming around that was brutally raped in lahore by a 15 years old guy and his friends, no action has been taken yet. Also another case was reported on social media where a young boy is pretending to rape a cat from Islamabad.

The culprits should be put behind the bars and there should be no leniency for them. They shouldn't set free untill they repent. Officials should punish them as soon as possible and their identity should not be hidden. 

There are many more cases that should be reported to our officials as soon as possible to make a strict law for animal rights. We need the protection of these 4 paws! Government should soon introduce some strict laws or a whole ministry of animal rights in Pakistan.
