Call for Justice:

• The school has unwarrantedly raised the student fees for the academic year 16-17 up to the extent of 35% over last academic year 15-16 across all Standards.
• No justification / rationale given by the management during a meet attended by 200+ parents protesting the surge.
• No Parents-Teacher Association / Executive Committee of PTA ever formed since inception.
• No consensus between parents and the management ever arrived at before inflating the fees.
• Non-adherence to the norms and guidelines set by the Government - Maharashtra Educational Institutions [Regulation of Fee] Act, 2011.
• The Act provides for the regulations of collection of fees by Educational Institutions and steps to prevent commercialization of education and profiteering by the Institutions.
