DJ Henry was shot and killed by a white police officer, Aaron Hess, while sitting in his car outside of Finnegan’s Bar and Grill located 2.1 miles from Pace University. Aaron Hess was NOT prosecuted for DJ Henry’s murder. A grand jury decided to NOT INDICT anyone involved in DJ Henry’s case. 

This mural is a way to remember DJ Henry. A clock that unfortunately does not tell the right time is unacceptable, a disgrace, and is simply not enough. The need to do more for DJ Henry has been recognized by the Pace student body and a mural is one way the student body would like to recognize DJ Henry.
