The Management committee wants to increase the management fund by $50 per share per month and raise a contribution of $112 per share per month ( existing sinking fund is levied at $10 per share per month)

The existing management fee is already one of the highest in the country, raising it further will depriciate the value of the property as it will be a detterent for buyers  to buy property in the building because of high maintanence charges.
