After purchasing several Owlcam units, we encountered issues however when trying to reach support which is virtually impossible they never call back or reply. After countless hours on the phone and sending emails I eventually got a hold of someone who stated they would send a replacement (as I am still within my warranty period). It has been over 4 weeks and no replacement, not even an email. Now I still am unable to reach anyone in regards to this. I’ve noticed others in the same predicament. We have started calling everyday and leaving messages on their Facebook site. I want either a full refund or replacement not only for me but for others, also to warn consumers and businesses not to purchase these faulty devices and hold the CEO accountable
