For those of us that live here in Prairie Grove, Arkansas . . . the trash situation is laughable at best. Recycling opportunities are lost or not realized, trash and sewer billing is done archaically widening opportunity for white collar crime via lack of internal controls, and most of the trash we put out ends up littering our streets from spill out. 

This petition is to outsource all waste management to Waste Management like every other city in America.

Making this change will help the environment, the citizens, and the local government of Prairie Grove by lowering waste management cost, getting waste to the actual destination, and removing the headache caused to the people.
