If the Avalon mall and schools and ever other public indoor place can be open in the middle of a pandemic. Outside activity’s should be aloud to happen as well. One example would be the Bannerman park skating loop is now currently not gonna be opening due to COVID. It should be aloud to be open this winter for kids and there families to enjoy the outdoors. If you are skating you are just in your own space doing your own thing. Most of all you can wear a mask and it also keeps you nice and warm too. If big public places can be open such as the Avalon mall,schools and every other public indoor space these outdoor activities should most definitely be aloud you are outside in the fresh air not inside cramped up next to people and in line ups. Schools have over 500-1700 students in a building and they say just wear a mask and keep 6 feet and everything will be okay right? But our hallways aren’t even 6 feet wide! Another good example would be that the pedestrian mall downtown which was shut down for the 2 up coming weekends in December. They don’t want people outside in the the fresh air with masks on in an outdoor pedestrian mall but they will allow hundreds of people to be in an indoor mall.
