My daughter is supposed to graduate from Shamokin Area High School in the year 2025. She, along with many of her classmates, comes from a split-family background. Our reality is we require more than the mere five tickets that are currently allocated per student for graduation. This limitation is causing a lot of emotional strain and worry as we approach the significant milestone of high school graduation.

It seems unreasonable that a town as closely knit as ours, nestled within the breathtaking and spacious environment of Shamokin, PA, USA, limits such an important family gathering. Our community deserves to celebrate together, outdoors, where we have the space and ability to accommodate extended families without compromising safety.

We urge the administration of Shamokin Area High School to thoroughly consider this proposal and make the necessary changes for the Class of 2025's graduation. This means everything to my daughter and to our family, and I believe it would make a significant positive impact on many other families in our community.
