Thomas Clobes is the managing partner of the Outback Steakhouse in Conyers Ga under the direction of the Blooming brands LLC. For the past year he verbally disrespected 90% of his staff repeatedly. He has even went on to make announcement saying "FIGHT THE POWER" He has called several employees stupid and dumb. He has recklessly denied MANY employees from staying home because of Covid-19 related issues in their households putting everyone in the building at risk.(Including Customers) He is constantly lying to his supervisor about how we are treating people at this restaurant in a safe way for everyone. He has also told me as a cook to just be quiet and cook when I expressed concerns over his reckless covid-19 practices. He never wears a mask in the kitchen around food. I started this petition because we need to do something about it before we all are in danger of his wrath because he retaliates against anybody that says anything to anybody about him so i decided to put my 2 weeks in. I am a father of 4 and I NEED my job but I cant keep being so stressed everyday trying to hold a kitchen together along with other coworkers while one man is causing the restaurant quality go down the drain. Yes he has made the company a lot of sales but at what expense. I know some of you are scared to sign because of his retaliation tactics but if we stand together to inform our company that we all love so much that there is a problem right up under their noses i truly believe they will listen. Not only have i put my 2 weeks in SEVERAL people have all stepped down from management positions (BOH and FOH) in that restaurant because they couldn't deal with how he treats people. So I say all this to say THEY NEED HELP AT OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE in Conyers Ga and hopefully this petition helps shed a little light on his wrongdoings but if you really want to know just go ask EVERY staff member there you don't have to take my word for it.
