We demand honesty in the 2020 and all upcoming elections.

TL,DR VERSION:

We KNOW that there is a lot of evidence of cheating in the 2020 elections.

We DEMAND that the evidence be fully investigated. We will NOT accept judges simply refusing to look.

We DEMAND that the outcome of the elections reflect the outcome of those investigations.

We demand REAL consequences for anyone who cheated, or for anyone who falsified evidence.

We demand REAL changes to make sure future elections CANNOT be cheated.

If you do not fight tooth and nail to make this happen, we will show up, and we will rally the American public against you in the next PRIMARY election, and do everything possible to make sure you are never your party’s candidate again.

FULL VERSION

To our various elected officials:

--Part One --

We DEMAND to know what really happened in the 2020 elections.

We will NOT accept the word of the various news companies claiming there is no evidence of cheating, when so much evidence has already made its way into the public record. (1,2)

We include in the word “cheating”, all forms of voter fraud, election fraud, election rigging, illegal or unconstitutional rule changes, and ANY other type of foul play that could have undermined a free, fair, and honest election.

We DEMAND that all of the evidence be investigated, that everything be investigated, that it be done quickly, and that the final outcome of the election MUST reflect the outcome of those investigations.

We have NO OBJECTION if you also choose to investigate both sides, including in states that Mr. Trump appears to have won.

We will NOT accept judgments of Moot. (“Sorry Mr. Trump, but it’s too late to change it, so we refuse to look.”)

We will NOT accept judgments of No Standing.  (“Sorry Mr. Trump, but we don’t have to recognize your right to contest it, so we refuse to look.”)

We will ONLY accept full investigations and judgments on the MERITS of the evidence.

If it turns out that Mr. Biden won the 2020 election honestly, we DEMAND that he be sworn in and acknowledged as the legitimate president.(3)

If it turns out that Mr. Trump would have won in an honest election, we DEMAND that he be sworn in and acknowledged as the legitimate president.(3)

If it turns out that there is sufficient evidence of widespread cheating – including if it turns out that both sides were cheating - and it is impossible to know who would have won in an honest election, then we DEMAND that the outcome fall back to those remedies described in the laws and Constitution for a contested election.

We DEMAND severe criminal penalties for all civilians, officials, and politicians who can be proven to have participated in or attempted election cheating.

We DEMAND real accountability from judges and other politicians who legally could have intervened and refused to look.

We also DEMAND that if it turns out much of the evidence was fabricated, that there be criminal penalties for those who falsified evidence.

Finally, we DEMAND that in 2021, laws be passed for the 2024, 2026, and following elections that make it very easy to vote legally, and very hard to cheat.

(For example, but not necessarily: Polls open for several days, with some of them being 24 hours. Polling places spaced more closely in places where people often go on foot or rely on public transportation. Photo ID required, and thumbs inked at the poll. Absentee by request ONLY, and for- cause ONLY, with absentee requests randomly audited. All counting, at all tallying places, done under sufficiently zoomed in video that goes live and into the public record, so that ANYONE with the interest and the resources would have the access to verify all 100 to 150 million votes cast in each election.)

We DEMAND that all of this be made public and transparent, as the United States cannot survive as a free country if either half of the electorate doesn’t believe our election process is honest.

Our demands cannot be objected to in good faith by ANYONE who values honesty and freedom, and the continuation of our nation, more than they value their side winning. However -

We know that there are those, possibly in both parties, who do not want The United States to have elections that are actually free and fair. We know that they will fight against you if you try to do the things we are demanding of you. Therefore -

If you cannot accomplish our demands, we DEMAND you to fight tooth and nail, using every legal and honest recourse available, to the very end, and LONG AFTER your opponents tell you it’s all over.

-- Part Three --

We will watch, and we will remember if you have done these things or not.

We have learned that the best time and chance for real change is in the PRIMARY elections.

If you do not do these things, we PROMISE to do everything thing in our power to make sure you are never your party’s candidate again.

If you do not do these things, we PROMISE to find and encourage people to run against you in the primary elections.

If you do not do these things, we PROMISE to donate to the campaigns of and vote for your opponents in the primary elections.

If you do not do these things, we PROMISE to publicly support your opponents, and to use social media, alternative media, and every other means at our disposal to rally the American people against you.  If we can, we will make the primaries MASSIVE, and you will never become your party’s candidate with only a small percentage of your state, district, etc., turning out for you. (4)

If you don’t do these things, we PROMISE to do everything in our power to replace you with a new group of politicians who WILL keep their promises to the American people.

--Notes--

1: Evidence. Not necessarily proof. When there is smoke pouring out of the windows and the alarm is going off, it USUALLY means there is a fire. But OCCASIONALLY it only means someone inside is an exceptionally bad cook, or things went very badly trying to set up an artificial fog machine. Still, Occam's Razor suggests that you had better look into it.

2. A very abbreviated list of evidence would include:

• Thousands of sworn statements by hundreds of witnesses, made under penalty of prison if they are found to be lying.
• Multiple videos from before, during, and after the election that appear to show foul play.
• Lists identifying tens of thousands of voters who appear to be underage, from the wrong state, deceased, etc.
• Numerous election rules changed by Governors and their appointees, over the objection of the state legislatures, when the US Constitution specifically says that authority resides with the legislatures.
• An expert forensic analysis of a voting machine that concluded it appears to have been purposefully designed to facilitate cheating.
• Roughly a quarter of a million incorrect votes that were caught and admitted to – claimed as inadvertent errors - all favoring Mr. Biden.    

3: Of course, if you promised the American people you would oppose Mr. Biden, or Mr. Trump as the case may turn out to be, you should still do so - through the proper and recognized political processes, while recognizing his right to exercise the office.

4: Recall how many people came to the 2020 Republican presidential primaries even though Trump had NO OPPOSITION. The American people vote enthusiastically and often when they feel they have real choices.
