When this country was founded by our forefathers, with first hand knowlege of Government overreach. It was established and made without limitations that:

We have the right, not the privilege or access of possibility....a RIGHT...!

 

2nd Amendment

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

 

A well regulated militia meaning the people, citizens of the United States of America...being fully supplied to protect themselves from criminals and the government and from harm and from the threats of War.

They wrote this in the Constitution of the United States of America, not to only federal access but in all states and between and traveling and being in location of all states in the Nation, we are not merely states we are a country. 

As ruled in the Federal Supreme Court that any state that restricts the access to the right to bear arm is in direct violation of federal law. As long as I have lived federal law has always been above state law. 

Being in direct violation of the court order written and decided in SCOTUS, New York, New Jersey, California and any other state that refuses to abide by a court order from the United States is breaking the law and has no respect for authority. The sit in their offices with armed guards, and telling us that we're not allowed to defend ourselves, and that there crazy criminal oriented laws are protecting us and outright lying about crime and the dangers that they created. 

If the head of our state holds her position of withholding our right to bear arms because of padding number in other states and not revealing that many of the shooting deaths in those states are where law abiding citizens...LAW ABIDING CITIZENS...stopping crime, stopping kidnapping, stopping car jacking, stopping a person from beating someone to death...domestic or otherwise. 

When the governor responded to the Supreme Courts Descision she stood up there like a spoiled child who was told she couldn't play a video game, or that she wasn't going to do what she wanted. It was honestly disheartening, our state being run by a child. 

Giving criminals free reign and tying the hands of judges and police officers from keeping people in jail who pose a threat and are dangerous to have roaming the public, only to cause more harm, many immediately following their release. 

Putting our police officers in danger without the support of law abiding citizens to defend them when things get rough. Police officers already had it tough, they do jobs that most people don't have the guts or nerves for, seeing things that they wouldn't wish on anyone. They deserve our utmost respect, honor and cooperation, and at times our protection. 

The governor making things very chaotic in this state could have been avoided. But instead of listening to real Americans and those who support the safety of our people, she tells us to leave and move to another state. I for one am tired of democrats in power abusing their position and causing harm to the people. Puting us and our families at risk. Also directly causing death because of limiting where we can carry, since when have you seen an evil person going to commit mass shootings go into a place where they know people are armed? I say one in billions, why? They are going to kill and are afraid to die, they go where they know there will be no resistance or threat of harm.

Over and over you see it, time and time again, and leaving us defenseless against criminals, putting more and more regulations on law abiding citizens. It's absolutely an abuse of power and outright neglegence and dereliction of duty. Not only should she be charge with treason against New Yorkers. She should be peacably removed from office and replaced by a patriot. Someone who supports law abiding citizens, NOT Criminals...Period.

We have a God given right to defend ourselves, and a Constitutional Right....

 

A well regulated Militia, Being necessary to the security of a FREE STATE, The right of the PEOPLE to KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!

 

Thank God For the Men and Women who made freedom FOR ALL AMERICANS possible and for all those who died to make it happened and are still living and dying to protect our freedoms today.
