My wife already been confirmed stroke by 2 doctors at 2 different hospital. Every things get changed and i as her husband put my effort 24hours to take care my wife...suddenly one day her cousin kidnapped her! All this been recorded by cctv...i already lodged the police report but unfortunely the sarjan said this case cant be caught and arrest without more explanations. 

My antention here are please help me to bring this matter to Malaysia Goverment so to change the power of police and same time can save the victims (my wife) since she are total lost her memory, cant speak in proper way and this kind of thing can been misleading by someone to stole her sign, atm card, pin number and id password online banking.
