By creating a testing facility on South Campus, the number of students who comply with biweekly testing will significantly go up. Especially now with the mandate for two tests a week and with Ohio temperatures being low, many students living on South do not want to take the 20-25 minute walk across campus. Making a new testing center on South would decrease crowds going to/from Jesse Owens North, would make more available time slots throughout the week, and would be of convenience to not only residents of North Campus, but South as well.
