The current mandatory vaccine policy that the Town of Orangeville has enacted has resulted in the unlawful dismissal of numerous staff, contractors and volunteers. This policy will result in service loss and increased costs to the taxpayers of Orangeville with no improvement in ensuring a safe workplace. 
This policy no longer coincides with current research and evidence and we call upon the Town of Orangeville to rescind this vaccine policy and reinstate any terminated or dismissed employees, contract workers and volunteers.
