Far too long has Cablevision/Optimum/Altice one been essentially controlling a monopoly in our town of Orange CT.

I don’t care who owns the wires, and I don’t care who put those wires in... and don’t tell me that we have another choice in Frontier because most of the area cannot get their service.

All I want is equal opportunity here in this town.

Essentially we are at the end of Optimum’s service area, so we are treated as such... the stepchild of their customers!

let’s face it - our Internet is horrible, the service is horrible and to get anything done correctly it takes hours upon hours making calls to the incompetent customer service people on the phone. Even their technicians will tell you that they laid off 600 people in subsequent months after COVID and to get anything done is a complete nightmare! 

For a communications company - they are absolutely horrible at communicating.

So help me get them to step up their game in this town or get us some competition!!
