WE, residents of Iron and Washington county, vehemently oppose the Antelope Data Center by Pronghorn Development, LLC and any other proposed data centers in our Enterprise Beryl basin. 

Of special concern to our local communities are:

•  Water use in our already dry, overdrawn Enterprise Beryl Groundwater Management area
•  Water contamination to our local wells and aquifers (there is a proposed on-site water treatment plant and leach field where PFSs/forever chemicals, antifreeze, biocides and heavy metals will be flushed to contaminate our valley water)
• Increased utility costs from natural gas redirected to the natural gas power plant and 120 generators
• Fire and/or explosion at the power plant causing wildfire, property loss, and displacement
• Traffic congestion along Highway 56 during 10 years of construction and thereafter
• Emergency fire and first response would come from tax payers in Washington County/ Enterprise for a data center placed by Iron County.
