Under Braintree's current zoning bylaws and regulations, a developer has the right to build 72 apartment units on the 8+ acre lot next to Flaherty School.

ZOM Living, a Florida-based developer, is seeking exceptions, exemptions and changes to 30 existing bylaws to enable them to build over 5X that number: 395 units! 

Many people oppose this huge development over concerns it would worsen traffic problems, strain the school system, police, fire and other public services, compound the drug and other crime problems, and more.
