It’s highly unfair and absolutely unconstitutional of the MC to have taken the decision to increase the AMC unilaterally and in total disregard to the supreme organ of the society- the General Body.

It’s fundamentally wrong and in contradiction to the prescribed rules and regulations enshrined in our by-laws! 

It’s imperative that the MC prepare an annual budget for the year 2023-24 along with the fully audited accounts of previous years and call for an immediate AGM as soon as possible.

Until then, the decision for an AMC increase shall remain unconstitutional, invalid and won’t stand a legal scrutiny.
