We, a group of dedicated Torrance residents, have come together to form C.A.R.E. TORRANCE (Citizens Advocating for Responsible Expansion & Proper Land Use). Our mission is to ensure that development projects, like the Torrance Homekey Project, are transparent, fair, and in the best interest of our community.

*The Applicant’s CEO serves on the LA County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency board alongside all LA County Supervisors.

*The Homekey+ program bypasses local discretion, with no Planning Staff Review or Conditions of Approval from LA County.
