OPPOSE the Renaming of L A Courthouse. Injustice, this as a Class Action Plaintiffs

The Issue

Here they are,

The Et Als speak out!  Mendez Et Al Westminster Et Al. Segregation case from 1945 -47 This case was a class action. My brave grandparents William and Virginia Guzman  PARTICIPATED in this important part of  HISTORY. The Et Als  have unified and would like their due justice, dignity, respect and  acknowledgement. For over 30 years  The Et Als Speak Out Committee founder,  Mr. Mike Ramirez speaker, advocate, historian research along with  my Aunt Beverly Guzman Gallegos advocate speaker  have tried to carry on this legacy and put the the Et Als back and stop the exclusion so they can be known for there family roll in this case. Identifying them by name is just four, not a hundred  As of Today, the Et Als aren't known by name not excluded. I feel the dedication of  the plaintiffs should also have a platform to share their genuine stories  Unfortunately we have slipped into oblivion but we are diligent and determined to  seek the respect that's is way over due".  By educating,  communities, by speaking out and INCLUDING  NOT EXCLUDING,  IN any ARTICLES, or BOOKS, now the Curriculum will NOT have "all  pr any of the facts pertaining to the Guzman, Ramirez, Estrada nor the Palomino's ,  all involved should have been treated equally. This injustice is detrimental and a dishonor and everyone has ignored these facts.  Just because the case has the Mendez Et Al title does not entitled them to make up their story of Sylvia the superhero,  all children involved were also at the LA Courthouse and the stories of each family is genuine and unique and intriguing. Your best bet is to refer to  the TRANSCRIPTS because the transcripts don't lie.

if renaming the courthouse should pass then an injustice and a continued separation will exist.

The Palominos  repd. Garden Grove. The Estradas repd. Westminster,  Guzmans repd. The City of Santa Ana (my dad Billy age 8).  And the  Ramirez family who repd. El Modena deservingly need to be included.

my Grandma Guzman shared all she endured to her only daughter who stuck beside her like glue. Virginia  living to be 100, you better believe she shared her life with her.

We are awesome people, we do not want a prize we want to be able to read to our children and grandchildren with pride.  Currently we have to explain everything,  like the fact the all the children involved and in the courtroom with their parents THEY all did this for 5000 children the freedom gratitude should include all who made this happen.  Thank you for your time.  In God we trust.
