Stephen Wynne brutally murdered and dismembered then concealed Chantel Taylor's remains.

Chantel was 27 years old with three small children.

He was given after appeal was given a life sentence with a 18 year tariff.

The Parole Board have granted Stephen Wynne Parole even though Chantel Taylors remains have never been found.

We need this for public protection
