For a number of years now, a select few members of the Saron community have been housing ridiculous amounts of "seasonal" workers who stayed on after the season is over.

The result of this "quick buck" has been tangible ever since and the rest of the community being negatively impacted.

Crime in Saron has skyrocketed stretching our SAPS resources to the limits. We are no longer able to walk outside safely after dark and we have to keep our children captive in our homes.

Our Clinic has been struggling to service our own community members, due to them being stretched too thin due to the influx of people from other provinces. This has a knock on effect on various medication, that is now in shortage.

Our water infrastructure is also under immense pressure and often leads to the entire town being without water for hours on end during season times due to demand outweighing the amount of water our current infrastructure is provide.

Let's protect our beautiful town. Let's say no to the housing of "seasonal" workers.
