Hello, I am Rose Smith. Due to the fear of retaliation by digital and Physical forces I unfortunately cannot mention nor tell you much about myself. However, I’m tired of being quiet about my current situation and that’s why I’m here. I want to be as straightforward as possible with those who are reading this.

Before I start sharing my perspective on this matter I would like to mention that this story is not meant to discredit or degrade ANY survivors of Sexual Assault or Violence, I understand that these types of cases(especially including children.) should be taken with care and investigated to the department’s ultimate ability and I please ask you to respect my point of view and read all the way through my story before coming to your own personal conclusions.

the #JusticeForNoah campaign that’s being spread by Ciera Lowery on this Platform has been posted using fake and baseless claims and accounts. I understand that when you read the petition description her story(And her TikToks) sounds believable, but she shares nothing that happened behind the scenes of this alleged incident- however, I’m in a position in this situation to pull back the curtain and reveal what truly happened on October 12, 2022.

That Day Ciera Lowery was Called to the Little Peoples Daycare because she had not paid her bill for child to attend there in Months, Lowery complained and refused to the bill stating to the Daycares owner that “Her child loved it here.” After the Daycare Owner asked again for her to Pay Lowery refused and the Owner asked her to leave the premises. While on her way out Lowery said to the Owner “I Will shut Down this Daycare, And this church.”

Several days later, Lowery submitted a Police report to League City Police Department stating that, her Child had been Sexually Assaulted at The Little People’s daycare, As evidence to support the Alleged crime she submitted hospital records and a Test that was taken on her child to test for SA.(Which is required in the state of TX.) This Test showed negative results. However the Medical reports and Doctors notes did state instead that her son was struggling with “Severe Constipation.” And that was their Final diagnosis.

Despite the Lack of Evidence, League City did the right thing and investigated the report anyway. As Lowery conveniently didn’t mention in her petition that CPS, DFPS, and several other government organizations started to also investigate the claim, Personally talking with her sons doctors and investigating Little Peoples Daycare and it’s staff. after a few months of investigations all of these organizations Closed the Case due to finding no evidence nor Probable cause to support Lowery’s Claims. 

Lowery States in her petition that She has been “Gang Stalked”and “retaliated on”. However there is no evidence to support this and I have proof that she has been to Greater Life church herself after she reported to the authorities, she was caught attending the church multiple times using the churches security camera(her Audi was captured aswell on camera.) She didn’t talk to anyone while she was there. if she was getting “Gang stalked” by those at Greater Life why does she keep returning to where her child was Allegedly SA’D?

Lowery also stated in her petition that her child has remembered more details about that Day, in Her TikTok and first rendition of the story she tells her viewers that her son, who may I remind you is three, “was able to tell her the 3 men’s names” who allegedly assaulted him that Day. She Stalked the Greater Life Website, finding the men’s pictures, she then posted them online along with her claims to her now thousands of followers. The internet immediately Found the Men’s Names, Addresses, places of work, and school. The three men that Lowery accused were 2 Adults, and One teenage boy.
All Three of the accused Men were all at different places that day, the two Adults were at Work, and the teen was at School.(None of which are close to the Daycare.) There are multiple Eye witnesses that can support these Men’s Alibi.

In a different TikTok video Lowery States that her child regained more memory from that day, adding on that her son told her that these three men we’re trying to lure and Assault a little girl (who has not been named.) and that her son stepped in to stop the three alleged Assailants. Again, no evidence of this has been provided.

EDIT on 8/6/23: and in a more recent rendition of the story she has stated that the men Allegedly SA’D her Son with scissors. In a TikTok live she had THE CHILD show what the men allegedly did to him using them on the live, may I remind you again that he is three. Lowery is just traumatizing her child by making him do these things. This is the third time she has changed the story, and I bet it won’t be the last.

Her Ex Husband has also stated that he wasn’t involved in the case and that Lowery is “a Crazy psychopath” and “not to be trusted.” When interviewed by various government organizations about her sons case.

Due to these Allegations These Three men continue to suffer with going to Work and school, they have received death threats from Lowery's Followers. This Teen’s Classmates from school harass him, telling him to “Kill himself” and “Rot in hell”, all over baseless allegations and accusations by this women who is desperate for attention and fame, not afraid to use her own child to get it. Oh and did I mention she also has a GoFundMe? Which by the way is getting investigated due to finding fraudulent means(meaning she’s not using the money for what she’s saying she will.)  so it may not be up for much longer.

Now, I would like to add something very important to this story. Greater Life Church has multiple buildings attached so most of the time they lease out the buildings to businesses. In this instance, they’ve been leasing a part of the Greater Life Church building to the Little peoples Greater Life Daycare for years. This Daycare adopted a similar name to Greater life church due to its closeness but other than being their landlord the Church is not affiliated with them at all. They don’t gain any profit from the Daycare being their besides them paying lease so petitions for the “Shutdown” of Greater Life Church are unnecessary and in my opinion, pointless due to Greater Life not being involved in the business at all.

So Please, Sign this petition, spread the news, and Oppose the #JusticeFor Campaign due to it being based on False claims.
