There is ample evidence that the recently published presidential election  results are not credible. Doubt on the credibility of these election results have been raised by the National Election Watch, the Carter Center, the EU observers and ECOWAS. There is also an atmosphere of violence and intimidation against those who are deemed to oppose Bio and his party. The prevailing state capture of all key institutions mean that redress through the courts is not guaranteed for anyone opposing these results in court.

The infant democracy of Sierra Leone is at stake. Act now to oppose this dictatorial regime. The Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone must publish all election results by polling  stations. Bio must Anul his illegitimate government pending full and satisfactory publication of verified and certified election results. Bio and his top ministers must be subjected to worldwide travel ban and have their assets frozen until he returns Sierra Leone to a democratic path.
