Although it has been 4 years, residents of Taman Maluri oppose the development of the 44-storey Platinum Mira Service Apartments on public road reserved land. The DBKL keeps ignoring our voice, even though we also reported to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM) about the suspicious land transaction between DBKL and Pavilion Integrity Sdn Bhd, and yet there has been no further action from SPRM. For this reason, we submitted another report to SPRM under the case number: SPRM/INFO/2022/087174.

The Lorong Peel is already extremely heavy with traffic, especially during peak hours and timing for parents to fetch their children at SMK Yaacob Latif. It is necessary to proceed on a public road to solve the traffic jam problem at Lorong Peel.
