As a student of UMT, I think it's not right to sell someone's properties to someone else. This is what currently taking place in UMT, where JPKK (Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Kolej Kediaman) is charging denda to the owner, which is RM 30. If they don't do so, JPKK will resell the bicycle with RM 10. 

All of the sudden, we need to take the vehicle sticker within a month. It was so serious on the vehicle sticker matter and if we don't stick it, our bicycle will be dilupuskan. Moreover, we didn't get to informed by JPKK that the purpose and seriousness of the vehicle sticker for bicycle. How can they lupuskan the bicycles without vehicle stickers, as they can't lupuskan the other vehicles (eg. cars and motorcycles), which without vehicle sticker. 

We are only students, and not working adults, as we are also facing financially issues. All of us are not coming from rich families. 

Instead, they should reduce the saman and they have no rights to sell the bicycles. Hope UMT management/MPP UMT can take actions on this matter. Thank you.
