This Short Eared Owl, an endangered species, was spotted recently on a property for which the Board of Trustees in Village of Hampshire will be hearing public comments and voting on changing the zoning to manufacturing(M-2). It has been reported to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Please help us document all incidences of Endangered Species in this area.
