All Township residents can expect massive increases in taxes to install the infrastructure and services to support these developments. Both of our water treatment facilities are on the South side of the Grand River. From water supply to sewers and road upgrades, the resident of Center Wellington will get stuck holding a huge bill, to benefit a few land speculators. This decision will affect ALL of our community, no matter what your address.
