This petition opposes the relocation of the Ensign Rd homeless encampment to 720 Carpenter Road. The homeless encampments in Olympia have proven to be dangerous on numerous occasions! We need to unite as a neighborhood and make our voices heard! Our neighborhood is speaking and it’s loud and clear, do not relocate the homeless  encampment to Carpenter Rd!
